Excellent point of view: the way the scales "roll up" around the neck is a great way to learn how the guitar works; then you have to mechanize the way to navigate between notes.

No, is not bad, is fantastic. Wish I could have begun to understand the pentatonic like this years ago.

these lessons steve does are really well done. it might some time (it does for me anyway) for things to click but once they do and you put in the practice following steve's advice you'll find yourself playing some music. as i said, don't think just because you watch the video and play along you're gonna get the concepts. for me it takes writing everything out in a notebook and seeing it in a way that makes sense to me. steve is giving you tools and showing you how they work. like all tools each person might use them a little differently. this course already after a few lessons is worth your time and attention. i'm coming back to the guitar after a 30 plus year absence and really enjoying learning stuff i thought i knew but really didn't. can't thank steve enough for being so generous with his time and knowledge.

Very well organized. Carefully paced and well explained videos. Liked the fretboard exercise video very much. I always feel like I need to practice my knowledge of the fretboard ( all keys and notes ) in order to remain sharp. Well done sir!
